We had a great trip to San Francisco this past week. It was the perfect mix of family, great food, a little work + friends. Some folks asked what my recommended stops were ... so I thought I'd share some of my favorites ...
1. Heath Ceramics
2. Levi's Workshop - I loved everything about this - the concept, the execution and of course the topic of printing
3. Kinokuniya - my fab sister-in-law brought me to this Japanese stationery store ... and of course, she was right ... I LOVED it.
4. Tartine - definitely one of my favorite stops
5. Bi-Rite Creamery (there was a line out the door at 10 pm on a cold Monday night. I of course had to go back the next day to try)
6. Miette
7. Britex Fabrics - everything I imagined this mega fabric store to be
8. Paulette Macarons
9. Tail of the Yak - Jordan of Oh Happy Day took me here. And all I can say is that if you're in the area you MUST GO. Its the most amazing little store. I'm just happy thinking about it. And speaking of Jordan, big thanks for having me at Craft Night and taking me around. You're just as cool as I thought you'd be : ).
