Isn't this gorgeous?  I love the simple but elegant burlap chair cover with ribbon accent - I wouldn't mind that for my Thanskgiving table.  And those hydrangeas!

giving pops of color

I'm in full holiday shopping mode (I like to have my Christmas shopping done by early December :) + the thought of giving gifts with pops of color came to mind.  Like ...

Wouldn't any of these be fun to give or receive?  Instant color happiness!

I don't know if its the smaller sizes that makes Crewcuts cuter or if indeed the clothes are cuter but once again I wouldn't mind having these ...

ALT design summit 2011

Who's going to the ALT Design Summit in January?  If you are, I'd love to meet you.  I'll be going and I'm speaking. Very excited [and nervous!] about the whole thing.

2011 planner

Last year I had Laurel Denise's planner + it was perfect.  I'm not sure if she's producing it again (anyone know?) and just in case it won't be available ... here are a few other I've spotted ...

Admittedly, none look quite as perfect.  If anyone has any recommendations I would love to hear! 

EDIT:  Heard from Laurel Denise + she IS printing a 2011 planner.  Hooray!  Will post images as soon as they're available.  Until then ... buy it here.

I can hardly believe its time to even start thinking about the holidays ... but they're not too far away!  I didn't get around to doing an advent calendar last year + definitely want to do one this year.  Here are a few I've spotted + liked ...
