This summer we started growing some tomatoes + herbs. And as a bi-product Ike has shown some [but not much] interest in vegetables ...
Its been a struggle from early on to get him to eat fruit + vegetables [he'll eat any fish, meat or pasta]. Any tips out there in getting kids to show interest + eat healthier? In addition to regularly giving him a serving of vegetables [which he usually will not eat] I do 'sneak' some in a la Deceptively Delicious. Any thoughts or tips welcome!
