As a letterpress printer, I know how hard this was to print.  She got it just right. Amazing!

My sister + I did a blog redesign for her last night ...

We have really different aesthetics but I like how it turned out.  I also really like this feature she's doing where she'll assess your interview outfit from a hiring manager's point of view [she's an HR/talent guru].  Super helpful especially in times like these.  So proud of the little sister's professional development.  Also check out her other blog where she serves as editor.

japanese craft books

A few Japanese craft books I've got my eye on ...

I recently came across the Dear, Sweet Home series ... and that just added to my 'need' for one of these books + to start a little collection.   And since I don't sew, these are purely to just enjoy the pictures.  :]

ps.  any other Japanese craft book recommendations + a good place to buy them?

I'm completely in love with the design portfolio of Lizania Cruz ...

She did all of these pieces for Anthropologie.  All of her work is so lovely + clever.  But how cute is the sewing kit card + the book bag?  I also loved the packaging for one of Anthro's bedding collections + this invite.
