That navy dress/tunic is actually really cute in person [and only $9.99!]. Its a really thick/sturdy cotton + has pockets. I just got one + it will be perfect for spring/summer + works now with a long sleeve T [note: it runs a bit big]. I also got a couple of outfit options for our family portrait session with Kate in a few weeks [very excited about this!]
