I wouldn't mind rain so much if I had one of these cute umbrellas from the Umbrella Society ...
The one in the upper right is super cute ... called Bicycle Ballet.

Here are a few of my favorite things I scored at this year's Crafty Bastard's show ...
Stamps from The Small Object, cards from Something's Hiding in Here + shirts from here [she has loads of other cute stuff too] + here. I got both of those in size 3T assuming he could wear next spring. I'm hoping its just his post-dinner belly that's making them fit just right.
I think its going to be one of my 2009 goals to participate in this fair. We'll see!

More little kid clothing love....how cute are these little dresses [and the wellies too]?
Our finances would definitely be in big trouble if we had a little girl. There is just too much cuteness out there for girls.

The craft fair this past weekend was great. I scored a bunch of goodies [more on that later] + also discovered lots of new to me artists. Including Charlie and Sarah ...
Their designs - old English meets American prep style - are super cute. Especially their kid's T's. And use American Apparel t-shirts, making them extra soft.

Since I get a number of emails about where I get my wire baskets, I thought I'd post this find I saw in the most recent issue of Domino ...
This is the first place I've found online that sells vintage-inspired wire baskets. Love these. Especially the metal tag you can label with chalk or paint.
[And by the way, most of mine I've found in antique shops + Etsy:].

I put together some cotton muslin bags that I'll be using to package certain goodies from my little shop ...
Including small sets [sets of 15] of blind impressed custom cards. I was making some for myself + as gifts. And I figured I'd add some to my shop.
And lovely Jane gave me the fab idea of doing a "Treat" version of the cotton bag ... which I will be doing very soon! Thanks, Jane!

We'll be checking out the Crafty Bastards show [great name, right?] - DC's version of Renegade on Sunday. I'm most looking forward to meeting lovely Sarah of The Small Object + seeing her goods in person...
I love her work.

Little one will be 2 next week. He had a small joint party with his good friend who is two weeks older than him. It was a good day ...
At this age, all you need is a few cupcakes + boom-booms [balloons] + life is really, really good. I still can't believe he's almost 2. Makes me sad! Where does the time go!?
