computer on the fritz

UGH.  My trusty Powerbook is on the fritz.  Never once have I had a problem with it, until today where it just won't go past the start-up screen.  I'm taking it to the Apple doctors tonight [before I catch Sex + The City --yahoo!].  In the meantime, I'll be using husb's laptop but will be out of comission for a bit.  I feel completely and utterly handicapped right now.  Please send your good vibes my way. :]
